To sign up and manage email and text message alerts:






  • Log on to Desktop Banking
  • Click E-Statement/Alerts on the toolbar
  • Click E-Alerts & Email

    On the following screen (click for example screen shot), enter your contact information and preferences.

    Tip: alerts can be delivered by email or text message to your cell phone. To receive alerts by text message, use these formats to enter your cell phone number:


    Alltel xxxxxxxxxx@message.alltel.com
    AT&T xxxxxxxxxx@txt.att.net
    Boost Mobile xxxxxxxxxx@myboostmobile.com

    Replace “xxxxxxxxxx” with your 10-digit cell phone number using no dashes or spaces (example: 3165551234@txt.att.net). If your cell provider is not listed, click here for a more comprehensive list.

    Tip: you must specify your delivery preferences in the pull-down menus.

    • Primary – primary email address
    • Secondary – use for secondary email or cell phone text messages
    • Work – use to receive alerts at your work email


    After entering your contact information and setting preferences, click “Next” and then confirm your changes on the next screen.
